From grain management, animal feeds and milling to financial services, training and retail stores, Afgri’s mark on agriculture is wide. Kohde partnered with them to digitise their logistics, grain and retail services, working closely with each department to improve efficiency and ROI.

Kohde was tasked with improving Afgri’s logistics workflow to optimise time, resources and revenue, while keeping clients happy and informed.

The Solution_

Over five years of seamless development, we created a user-friendly application that empowers Afgri’s staff to collaborate effectively and manage operations with precision.

The application integrates advanced features like route optimisation and load planning, ensuring smooth operations across departments. It provides automatic updates and invoices for clients, as well as driver instructions based on load weight. Additionally, Afgri can now predict costs and accurately calculate ROI, enabling better decision-making and improved efficiency across their logistics network.
