To flourish in this role, you must have

Education & Experience

• BCom Informatics degree or equivalent.
• Two to three years working experience.

Skills

• Understand and assess the changing needs of clients as it relates to projects.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate and gather requirements.
• Write clear and concise project documentation.
• Effectively communicating requirements, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Guiding and directing team efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with team members and project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborating with intelligent people, sharing your ideas to solve real business problems.
• Create system UML and user journey diagrams.
• Ability to write simple and to-the-point user stories which will serve as requirements documentation for developers.

Kudos if your bag of tricks include

• Ability to create low-fidelity prototypes/mockups to convey application requirements.
• Previous experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar project tools.
• Have some experience with software testing.
